**Job Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry Specialist at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:
* Reading and accurately inputting data from customer and shipping orders, deciphering difficult handwriting as needed
* Keying data into specific Microsoft Excel fields, ensuring accuracy and consistency across the system
* Verifying the accuracy of entered data and reporting any errors or anomalies to your supervisor
* Maintaining accurate logs of ongoing work and performing administrative duties such as filing and copying
* Spending approximately five hours daily on data entry and three hours on administrative tasks
**Essential Qualifications**
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
* Strong reading comprehension and critical thinking skills
* Excellent organizational abilities and good communication skills
* Patience and attention to detail for repetitive work
* Ability to keep accurate and updated logs of ongoing work
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Reading knowledge of English and Spanish (as about 5 to 10 percent of orders are in Spanish)
* 1-2 years of experience in data entry and/or filing
* Social perceptiveness and service orientation
