Job Overview:
The Data Entry Specialist and QC personnel facilitate the production process of accurate documentation provided to our process servers teams. As a Data Entry Specialist you will review and confirm work entered into our systems, solve issues, and escalate as needed. This position is full-time, remote located in Puerto Rico.
Key Responsibilities:
ΓΒ Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email
ΓΒ Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
ΓΒ Investigate discrepancies as they arise
ΓΒ Complete additional projects as assigned
Qualifications:
ΓΒ No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus
ΓΒ High school diploma or GED required
ΓΒ Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
ΓΒ Exceptional attention to detail
ΓΒ Desire and ability to be a team player
ΓΒ Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
ΓΒ Type 40 - 50 plus WPM
