This full-time position requires working 8-hour shifts, five days a week, with available schedules between:
 6:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. PT / 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. ET
 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. PT / 12:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. ET

- Provide exceptional support to customers via phone, email, and live chat.
