Now hiring at workwarp for a pivotal Customer Success Engineer, Amazon Redshift Service! We are hiring for our Remote location, and the role is available for immediate commencement. This position requires a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas to drive success. We offer a clear and simple compensation of a competitive salary for this position. Â Â In this role, you will support Redshift engineering, product, and operations. This will include working directly with some of our largest and most important customers to identify and resolve issues, assist pre-sales deals to onboard large scale customers, automate repetitive processes, and work closely with business and support teams. You will prioritize operational issues, communicate roadmaps with customers, and become intimate with the architecture of our systems, while also deeply understanding customer use-cases and configurations, and also help prioritizing features. You will have enthusiasm for digging deep and a flare for sharp technical communication, prioritization and organization.
