**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

* Gathering required information from callers and client systems to make determinations
* Conducting research and evaluating medical claims and benefits for proper adjudication
* Documenting call activity and making requests for corrective action into VA systems
* Maintaining a working knowledge of applicable VA regulations as they relate to 72-hour notification requirements
* Acting as an effective team member and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment
* Other duties as assigned
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* High School Diploma or GED required
* 1-2 years' experience in customer service preferred
* General office skills and knowledge of standard office equipment
* Working knowledge of software such as Excel and Word
* Data entry and 10-key experience necessary
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
