**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions
* Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide solutions
* Maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
* Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
**Essential Functions**
* Meet with clients to install and uninstall electronic home monitoring equipment, providing proper documentation and reviewing program rules and guidelines
* Monitor client compliance and adherence to program guidelines, addressing alerts and notifications as needed
* Create appointments and schedules for regular client office visits, administering drug and alcohol testing as required
* Check equipment for proper functioning, maintain accurate inventory, and request new equipment as needed
* Update physical and electronic files, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy
* Work with court officials to write and update client reports, testifying in court as required
* Collect supervision payments from clients, providing receipts and completing daily deposits
**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**
* High School diploma, GED certification, or equivalent required
* Six (6) months of experience in community corrections, electronic monitoring, corrections, probation, or local courts preferred
* Knowledge of the state judicial system preferred
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel) preferred
* Excellent customer service and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and high level of organizational skills required
* Ability to complete pre-service and other training programs as required
* Valid driver's license required
**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES**
* Plan, organize, and assign the work of others
* Apply policies, procedures, and best practices
* Create and maintain accurate records and reports
* Work within a team structure
* Bend, stoop, lift objects up to 10lbs., and maintain mobility necessary to perform minimum functions associated with the position
