This role requires a strong and diverse skillset, and we're eager to find someone who can drive success in a fast-paced environment. **What You'll Need to Succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex** To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following minimum qualifications: * 2 years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results * Strong computer, typing, and 10-key skills, with the ability to navigate multiple software systems * Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook * Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends, with a willingness to adapt to changing schedules While not required, we also welcome candidates with the following preferred qualifications: * Transportation experience, with a strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management **About the Customer Service Representative Job** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for a range of tasks, including: * Bill shipments according to applicable tariffs and pricing agreements * Recognize and resolve documentation errors, ensuring accuracy and compliance * Assist customers with inquiries, including tracing shipments, rate quotes, tariff discrepancies, and billing and invoicing questions * Perform general clerical duties as assigned, including answering and directing phone calls, filing, data entry, and billing * Process over, short, and damaged freight and related documentation for customer resolution **What You'll Do on a Typical Day** As a Customer Service Representative, you'll work closely with customers, colleagues, and management to resolve issues and provide exceptional service.
