**The Role: Customer Service Advisor**

As a Customer Service Advisor at careerzynith, you'll be the face of our company, ensuring that our customers' orders and enquiries are handled efficiently and effectively. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Taking inbound calls from customers and responding to their queries in a timely and professional manner
* Providing quotations and processing orders with precision and accuracy
* Operating and maintaining spreadsheets to track customer interactions and sales data
* Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
* Producing weekly reports to analyze customer trends and identify areas for improvement
* Raising contracts and discussing with customers to ensure seamless execution of orders

**What We Offer**

In return for your hard work and dedication, you'll receive:

* A competitive salary of £26,000 per annum
* Monday to Friday shifts on a rotational basis between the hours of 8.45am - 5.30pm

**What We're Looking For**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* A proven track record in a customer-focused environment, with demonstrable experience in a fast-paced, high-volume call centre environment
* Experience in the hire industry would be advantageous, but not essential
* The ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize your workload
* Strong attention to detail and high organizational skills
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proficient skills in MS Office packages, including Excel and Word
