**Job Summary**

As a Customer Care Admin at careerzynith, you will be responsible for coordinating services with care and empathy, providing exceptional support to patients, clients, and staff. This role requires a strong and diverse skillset, including excellent communication, typing, and computer skills, as well as knowledge of Microsoft Office products and HIPAA compliance regulations.

**Essential Functions and Primary Duties**

* Foster and maintain a professional relationship while building a strong rapport with patients and clients
* Answer and route incoming calls in a fast-paced medical environment, assessing and appropriately responding to customer's information needs in an accurate, courteous, and competent manner
* Process appointment assignments through company navigation software
* Maintain excellence in customer service by being compassionate, empathetic, and responsive to the needs of internal and external community
* Always maintain patient and family confidentiality
* Provide a supportive atmosphere to people seeking information and assist with program information
* Continually build trust with community partners
* Promote leadership and teamwork

**Minimum Qualifications Required**

* High school diploma or GED
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent typing and computer skills
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
* Knowledge of HIPAA compliance regulations

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Previous experience in customer care or a related field
* Certification in customer service or a related field
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
* Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) or similar software
