**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
* Collaborate with a team of Designers and Organizers to address the global fleet of External Server farms (3PDC)
* Work with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, design and execute end-to-end research that includes data collection, analysis, ongoing benchmarking, and presentations
* Plan and automate metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale
* Drive process improvement through data analysis, envision, and develop business recommendations based on 3PDC data, identifying and following up on opportunities to improve
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, engineering, business administration)
* Four-year certification or equivalent relevant experience
* Three years of experience in program management, with a focus on technical program management
* Three years of experience leading cross-functional or cross-organizational projects
* Experience in financial reporting and analysis, using accounting sheets and managing data collections using SQL
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Three years of experience leading large, cross-functional projects spanning a diverse range of partners, both technical and non-technical
* Three years of experience in technical program/project management roles
* Experience identifying, communicating, and collaborating with partners within one or more teams to drive impact and work towards shared goals
* Excellent analytical, data interpretation, and decision-making skills
