**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in assisting our plan members with their pharmacy benefit plans. You'll take inbound calls, answer questions, and provide solutions to help simplify their health care experience. **Key Responsibilities**
* Assist plan members with their pharmacy benefit plans, including prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions
* Take inbound calls and answer questions in a patient, helpful, and professional manner
* Provide solutions to help plan members better understand their coverage and options
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on health care policies and procedures
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military setting
* Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Associates degree or equivalent experience
* Ability to problem solve in a positive, productive manner
* Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life
* Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
