Additionally, you will track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, providing valuable feedback on call issues to improve our service delivery. Responsibilities
• Handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries

• Provide excellent customer service through active listening

Requirements
• Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
,
• 6 months Customer service experience preferred
,
• Over 18 years of age
,
• Ability to type 25 wpm
,
• High School Graduate or GED
,
• Comfort with desktop computer system
,
• Proven oral & written communication skills
,
• Logical problem-solving skills
,
• Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
,
• Organization and work prioritization skills
