This position offers a $4,000 sign on bonus payable as follows: $2,000 after 6 months and $2,000 after one year of service. Candidate must apply and be hired between 8/1/2022 and 12/31/2022.
We offer a competitive compensation package for our Call Center Sales and Service Representatives. Compensation is a 60%/40% plan with average earnings over $73K and Top Performers over $100K (base pay plus commissions). Hourly base pay is based on your qualifications and between $10.00 to $21.99. The base pay will increase every 6 months of active service up to the top pay!

⢠Utilize proven sales and service techniques to build customer relationships, enhance the customerâs buying experience, retain customers, upsell and exceed customer care commitments
⢠Provide world-class service in a fast-paced, exciting call center environment by delivering an effortless customer experience
⢠Interact proficiently with a variety of online systems to problem solve, identify sales and retention opportunities, and present an all-inclusive solution that meets the customerâs needs
⢠Opportunity to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and service objectives in a fast-paced call center environment
In addition to STRONG communication skills, our Call Center Sales & Service Represntatives must:
⢠Satisfactorily complete on-the-job and/or classroom training
⢠Effectively use multiple systems to identify and communicate products that meet the customerâs needs, and resolve the customerâs problem in a productive manner
⢠Work day, evening, holiday, night, weekend and/or split shifts if required
⢠Qualify on pre-employment screening
