The ideal candidate will be the go-to expert within the assigned territory, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing technical issues.Key Responsibilities:
Provide on-site technical support for diagnostic imaging systems, resolving service issues quickly.
Collaborate with internal teams to manage service calls and updates.
Travel extensively 75% to client locations for repairs and preventive maintenance.
Identify and communicate potential sales leads to the sales team.
Qualifications:
Associate degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
4+ years of experience in diagnostic imaging equipment repair, with Siemens MRI expereince.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
