Role Description
This is a contract remote role for the Ilona Varga Consultancy Group. The individual in this role will be responsible for consulting on various projects within the Food & Beverages sector. Day-to-day tasks will include overseeing restaurant concept development, managing restaurant investments, and coordinating production and distribution efforts. The role requires excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to work independently.
Qualifications
• Experience in restaurant concept development and management
• Skills in production management and distribution within the Food & Beverages sector
• Proficiency in managing investments and developing strategies for growth
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in consultancy or advisory roles is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field
