Duties

Β Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations.
Β Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Β Implement hotel policies and procedures while promoting a positive work environment.
Β Monitor front desk performance metrics and provide feedback for improvement.
Β Assist with administrative tasks such as reporting and inventory management.
Skills
Β Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing a team.
Β Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Β Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
