Identity Security - Technical Account Manager - EMEA

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary technical authority for assigned clients, providing high-level technical guidance throughout their Saviynt journey
- Lead the technical definition, scoping, and design of complex identity security solutions
- Take ownership of the technical execution of Statements of Work (SOWs) and ensure successful delivery of professional services
- Conduct regular technical reviews with customers to optimize their Saviynt environment
- Develop and deliver advanced technical demonstrations and training sessions for clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Extensive Identity Security Experience (10–15 years) in delivering enterprise-class Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and/or Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions
- Proven Project Leadership (10+ years) in managing large-scale identity security projects for enterprise clients
- Exceptional skill in building trusted advisor relationships with senior-level clients
- Expert ability to manage multiple concurrent, technically complex identity projects
- Familiarity or direct experience with core web technologies, database management, and directory services
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) products such as SailPoint, Okta, or Oracle OIM
- Familiarity with Privileged Access Management (PAM) and security frameworks like Zero Trust or NIST
- Experience in managing stakeholders and responding to Service RFPs
- Knowledge of integration technologies such as REST and LDAP
- Experience with other security products such as CyberArk or BeyondTrust
