Job title: Business Transformation Consultant Company: ICF International Job description: Business Transformation Consultant (Remote) ICF has undergone a significant amount of transformation by implementing a variety of best-in-class tools and processes as well as increasing its talent within the corporate areas. As the scope of the transformation initiatives has expanded, this has increased the coordination between the corporate and business areas. The Business Transformation Office (BTO) sits at the intersection of these initiatives. The Business Transformation Consultant role is an integral part of the BTO support team in ensuring ICF’s success toward accomplishing its transformation road map. As the Business Transformation Consultant, you will analyze situations, identify problems, and recommend and implement response strategies. You will be comfortable working cross-functionally, building meaningful internal and external relationships, and be confident communicating at all levels of the business, including to both functional and technical audiences Responsibilities: Play a key role in ICF’s transformational efforts by leading prominent corporate strategic initiatives, driving change, and ensuring programmatic governance Manage initiatives end-to-end through requirements, vendor selection, design, build, testing and implementation Lead a matrixed project team made up of diverse stakeholders, ensuring a high level of engagement and communication Communicate and partner with stakeholders across the organization to deliver projects on time and on budget Support the annual transformation program planning process Have significant exposure to our business and processes, including to executive leadership Work closely with and report into the Vice President, BTO Basic Qualifications: 5+ years overall experience, which must include 2 years of Business Transformation experience 2 years of experience with a project management tool, e.g., MS Project, as well as the wider MS Office Suite Understanding of the PM and SDLC lifecycle’s Experience facilitating and leading stakeholder meetings, e.g., steering committees, workshops, JAD sessions, kickoff meetings Previously led UAT and / or training efforts Familiar with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, or years of experience in lieu of Preferred Qualifications: MBA Working at ICF Working at ICF means applying a passion for meaningful work with intellectual rigor to help solve the leading issues of our day.
