Description
The Integration Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the successful execution of post-acquisition integration initiatives across the organization. This position operates at the intersection of strategy, operations, and project management, ensuring that newly acquired businesses are effectively aligned with the company’s operational, financial, and strategic objectives.The role partners cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, HR, IT, and Commercial teams to coordinate integration activities, track execution progress, and support leadership in delivering value creation targets. The Integration Analyst contributes directly to capturing acquisition synergies, standardizing processes, and enabling scalable growth.This role provides high visibility across the organization and exposure to senior leadership, offering a strong foundation for career progression in corporate development, strategy, and operations.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesIntegration Planning & ExecutionSupport the planning and execution of post-merger integration initiatives across functional and operational teams Coordinate cross-functional workstreams to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables Assist in developing integration plans aligned to strategic objectives and value creation targetsProject Management & TrackingTrack integration milestones, KPIs, and deliverables to ensure timely and effective execution Maintain integration dashboards, reporting tools, and progress tracking mechanisms Coordinate integration meetings, working sessions, and cross-functional workshops Reporting & CommunicationPrepare executive-ready reports, dashboards, and status updates for senior leadership Facilitate communication across departments to ensure transparency and alignment Support leadership in evaluating integration performance against defined success metricsProcess Improvement & StandardizationAssist in developing and maintaining integration playbooks, SOPs, and documentation Support standardization of processes and systems across acquired and existing business units Contribute to continuous improvement of integration methodologies, tools, and frameworks Synergy Identification & Risk ManagementSupport identification and tracking of revenue synergies (e.g., cross-selling) and operational efficiencies Identify integration risks, operational gaps, and execution challenges; assist in mitigation planning Analyze operational and financial data to inform decision-making and improve outcomesPerform other duties, as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field2+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, private equity, or project managementExperience supporting cross-functional initiatives in complex, fast-paced environmentsExposure to M&A integration, transformation initiatives, or operational improvement is an assetExposure to project management toolsSuperior skills with Microsoft Office productsKey CompetenciesStrategic thinking to align integration activities with business objectivesExecution & Project Management – execution and accountability across workstreamsData driven decision-making – uses metrics and analysis to guide actionsAbility to plan and effectively set priorities for implementation and deadlinesSuperior communication skills and an ability to motivate people with an emphasis on listening skillsAbility to relate to and successfully interact across a variety of settings and work well with a broad and diverse workforce throughout the organizationProven analytical and problem-solving skills in a time-sensitive, logistics environmentDemonstrates ability to work in a client-centric setting Ability to be flexible as priorities shift Consistent in follow-up and follow-throughCredible with a high level of personal integrityAdaptive to ICAT’s core values Supervisory Responsibilities: NoSalary Range: $76,500 - $90,000
