Job Title: Oracle HCM Payroll Functional Consultant Location: Remote Job + Travel Duration: 7 months+ Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Payroll Functional Consultant to support and lead Payroll implementations, enhancements, and ongoing support within Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, configure payroll solutions, ensure compliance, and support end-to-end payroll processing. Key Responsibilities β’ Lead and support Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll implementations and rollouts β’ Gather, analyze, and document business payroll requirements β’ Configure payroll elements, balances, fast formulas, costing, and legislative rules β’ Support payroll processing, validations, reconciliations, and post-payroll activities β’ Ensure compliance with country-specific payroll and statutory regulations β’ Work with Time & Labor, Absence Management, Benefits, and Finance teams for integrations β’ Support payroll testing (unit, SIT, UAT) and defect resolution β’ Provide functional support, issue troubleshooting, and user guidance β’ Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and training materials Required Skills & Experience β’ Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll β’ Experience in Payroll configuration, Fast Formulas, Elements, and Balances β’ Knowledge of payroll compliance and statutory reporting β’ Experience supporting end-to-end payroll cycles β’ Strong functional documentation and stakeholder communication skills β’ Experience with payroll testing and production support Preferred Qualifications β’ Experience with Global Payroll or multi-country payroll implementations β’ Exposure to Time & Labor, Absence Management, or Core HR β’ Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll certification β’ Experience working with System Integrators or global programs For applications and inquiries, contact: [email protected] Apply tot his job
