IB English Coach, Remote (URGENT HIRE)

RESPONSIBILITIES
Academic Coaching and Mentoring
ā¢ Become one-on-one academic mentors for students by providing the support they need in IB English. Our training programs that equip you to successfully:
ā¢ Identify students' unique strengths and weaknesses
ā¢ Build students' curiosity and confidence in their own abilities
ā¢ Change students' lives by reducing stress and guiding them through academic struggles
REQUIREMENTSEligibility
ā¢ Proficiency in IB English Language and IB English Language and Literature at both the Standard Level and Higher Level.
ā¢ Have a willingness to work and meet the students.
ā¢ Ability to commit to part-time tutoring for at least 1 year
ā¢ Availability at least 3 hours per week, during EST and GMT zone.
Experience
ā¢ IB English tutoring experience is required.
Education
ā¢ Bachelor's degree completed from a top accredited university.
Knowledge and Skills
ā¢ A high level of energy and sociability.
ā¢ Exceptional writing ability.
ā¢ Ability to communicate effectively with a broad spectrum of people including executives, students, and other coaches.
ā¢ Ability to work independently yet dutifully within company pedagogy and processes.
ā¢ Apply relentless dedication to delivering results.
ā¢ Drive to help cultivate student thinking so that students become well-rounded and no longer need coaching
ā¢ Ability to design reading, grammar, and analytical writing curricula.
