Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Hyperion Admin - Lead to support enterprise financial planning, consolidation, and reporting initiatives. This role involves administration, enhancement, upgrades, and leadership of Oracle Hyperion EPM environments, with a strong focus on Hyperion Planning and HFM.
Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Provide technical support for monthly consolidation and reporting activities
ā¢ Administer, maintain, and enhance Oracle Hyperion Planning and Essbase applications
ā¢ Support transformation projects using Hyperion Planning for financial planning, BI, and reporting
ā¢ Maintain data integrity, metadata, and governance within EPMA
ā¢ Optimize Essbase cube performance, functionality, and reporting
ā¢ Perform system administration including data loads, validation, and trend analysis
ā¢ Design and configure Hyperion Planning solutions based on business requirements
ā¢ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across Hyperion components
ā¢ Conduct user training for key users and end users
ā¢ Lead Hyperion administration activities including installation and configuration
ā¢ Manage project timelines and provide status updates to stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications
ā¢ 8-10 years of experience in Oracle Hyperion EPM
ā¢ Strong hands-on experience with:
ā¢ Hyperion Planning
ā¢ Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)
ā¢ Essbase
ā¢ FDMEE, DRM, EPMA
ā¢ Experience with Hyperion installation, configuration, and administration
ā¢ Experience with Hyperion upgrades and migrations (minimum 2)
ā¢ Hands-on experience with Essbase 21c upgrade
ā¢ Knowledge of SQL and VBA
ā¢ Strong understanding of consolidation, financial reporting, and planning processes
ā¢ Experience leading teams and managing deliverables
Nice to Have
ā¢ Experience working in multi-environment Hyperion configurations
ā¢ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
ā¢ Experience supporting enterprise-scale finance systems
