Job Overview We're seeking an experienced Social Media Specialist to join our team on a hybrid basis, working onsite Monday to Thursday and remotely on Fridays. As a Social Media Specialist, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy across multiple platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and more. Key Responsibilities Manage and schedule posts across multiple social media platforms to maximize engagement and reach. Create high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our target audience, including stories, Reels, and other formats. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and make recommendations for content and strategy. Utilize tools like Sprout Social to streamline social media management and drive engagement. Collaborate with our manager to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as follower growth and engagement. Build and maintain relationships with influencers and engage with relevant content to expand our reach. Assist with marketing tasks, product launches, and promotional activities to drive business results. Provide weekly reports on social media performance and sentiment to inform future strategies. Oversee customer support on social platforms, ensuring timely and effective responses to customer inquiries. Essential Qualifications 3-4 years of experience in social media marketing or a related field. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as marketing, communications, or public relations. Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Familiarity with social media management tools like Sprout Social or similar platforms. Passion for lifestyle, fitness, and outdoor activities, with a keen understanding of the latest trends and developments. Preferred Qualifications Experience with content creation, including graphic design, video production, and writing. Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools. Certifications in social media marketing or a related field. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
