Hybrid Retail Salesperson - PI
Description • Assist incoming clients and incoming phone calls. • Candidate must be able to generate appointments and 12-15 sales per month through floor traffic, email, phone calls, text messages, etc. • Be available to respond to clients via email, phone, and text in a professional, well-spoken manner. • Quotes pricing, rates, and automobile availability to clients. • Understands and implements the dealership sales process (training provided). • Learn product knowledge on the current model line and become a certified product representative. • Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses. • Build strong rapport with customers. • Perform high-quality, professional, knowledgeable presentations and demonstrations of new/used vehicles. • Maintain customer satisfaction. Requirements • Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience. • Previous sales experience preferred but not required. • Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive 'team-player' attitude. • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. • Strong work ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. • The willingness to continually follow up with clients. • Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record. • Weekends are required Apply tot his job
