Hybrid RESPIRATORY THERAPIST / Hours 10am to 6:30 pm

Description We are seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist to join our team! The Respiratory Therapist (RT) is responsible for the delivery, set-up and training of patients of respiratory equipment and provide quality patient services. RT will represent the company in a professional and courteous manner in all interactions with the clients and patients. Essential Job Functions: • Deliver and set-up respiratory equipment/services. Equipment includes but is not limited to: CPAP, BIPAP, suction unit, apnea monitor and ventilator. • Demonstrate equipment and give proper training to patient/caregiver. • Pick up equipment when use is disconnected. • Clean and test equipment to make patient-ready. • Answer patient phone calls and follow-up with patients, administrators, and physicians • Assist warehouse team as needed. • Pull supplies for mail delivery. • Schedule appointments with patients • Troubleshoot equipment as needed • Perform other duties as assigned • Must participate in mandatory on-call and call-back program to respond to emergencies Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Requirements Minimum Qualifications: • Valid California Respiratory Care Practitioner or Registered Respiratory Therapist license is required. • 2+ years experience as a Respiratory Care practitioner required. • Excellent organization, follow-up skills, and the ability to multi-task • Demonstrated ability to listen and communicate in an empathetic manner • Ability to communicate professionally and tactfully, both orally and in writing. • Basic Insurance/ contract understanding • Ability to read and understand sleep study reports • Self-starter, motivated and detail-oriented • Ability to resolve issues in a timely manner • Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations • Must possess a valid driver’s license in good standing • Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed Apply tot his job Apply tot his job Apply tot his job
