We strive to provide the most effective and ethical ABA services, utilizing a data-driven approach to address the unique needs of each individual.  Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Job Description: • Develop and write individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment results • Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans • Monitor client progress, behavior changes, and adjust programs to maximize positive outcomes • Supervise clients, RBTs, and BCBA candidates in-person and/or remotely through video calls • Create specific, observable, and measurable goals for families and staff to implement • Collaborate with families, staff and other professionals to create a supportive environment for behavior change • Clinically review assigned RBT session notes on a regular basis • Conduct training for caregivers/family members to ensure consistency and generalization of skills across all environments • Maintain open and effective communication with clients, families and staff • Ensure all clinical documentation is completed in a timely manner and in compliance with ethical guidelines and BACB standards • Maintain accurate and detailed client records, including progress notes, reports, and data sheets.
