Hybrid Patient Sitter, 6p-6a, PRN, System Float

1. Education: High school graduation or equivalent required; additional education in healthcare preferred.2. Training and Experience: Previous experiences in a healthcare setting or with patient care is desirable.3. Job Knowledge: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care. Basic understanding of medical terminology and procedures is a plus.4. This role is essential in ensuring patient safety and comfort during their hospital stay.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Ability to stand or walk for extended periods. Must be able to respond quickly to patient needs and emergencies.WORKING CONDITIONS:Work is performed in a hospital environment, which may include exposure to infectious diseases.
