Hybrid-Financial Services Manager (AutoPlanet Brampton)
Performance Auto Group is a leading automotive company in Ontario, and they are seeking a Hybrid-Financial Services Manager for AutoPlanet Brampton. The FSM will coordinate the sale of finance and insurance products, work as a liaison for lenders, and provide financial services to dealership customers while ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining strong professional relationships.ResponsibilitiesUtilize systems and procedures, deliver exceptional customer service on all interactions, give all customers consideration and respect, understand their needs, and consistently meet or exceed customer expectationsLearn and maintain solid product knowledge on manufacturer-specific vehicles and manufacturer-specific rebate, finance and incentive programsMaintain a current knowledge of third-party financing options and be able to present such options to customersProject a positive attitude for the benefit of our customers and fellow employeesSelling vehicles in adherence to OMVIC rules and regulationsEnsure that all work performed is thorough, accurate and completed in a timely fashion.
