Role Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and self‑driven Data Entry Specialist who thrives in a hybrid work setting. This position blends the precision of data management with the creativity of crafting compelling Amazon product listings. After an intensive on‑site training period, you will transition to a flexible schedule that balances remote work with collaborative office days. As a key contributor to our Amazon Brand Partnership Program, you will help maintain the health of our clients' accounts, ensuring that every listing meets the highest standards of accuracy and market appeal.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, verify, and input data for assigned projects using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and proprietary careerzynith tools.
Develop and publish high‑quality Amazon listings, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend keywords.
Collaborate with the Brand Registry team to manage and update Brand Registry Listings within the Brand Partnership Program.
Monitor and maintain Amazon account health metrics, working closely with teammates to resolve any compliance or performance issues.
Provide oversight and constructive feedback to remote team members, ensuring consistency and excellence across all deliverables.
Navigate manufacturer websites and brand data files to extract accurate product specifications, images, and compliance documentation.
Participate in regular team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and cross‑functional projects to drive continuous improvement.
Perform additional duties as assigned, supporting broader operational goals and special initiatives.

Essential Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in business, information systems, or related fields is a plus.
Experience: Proven track record of at least 1‑2 years in data entry, transcription, or a similar role that required high attention to detail.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation) and Google Sheets.
Amazon Knowledge: Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, listing creation, and basic account health concepts.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
Reliability: Consistent attendance record and a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Skills

Experience navigating manufacturer portals and extracting technical specifications for automotive or consumer goods.
Understanding of aftermarket automotive parts, though not required, is considered an advantage.
Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage competing demands without sacrificing quality.
Self‑motivated mindset with a disciplined work ethic, capable of thriving independently while contributing to team objectives.
Strong organizational skills, including the ability to maintain clean and searchable data repositories.
Basic knowledge of SEO principles as they apply to Amazon product listings.

Core Skills & Competencies

Detail Orientation: Ability to spot inconsistencies, typographical errors, and data anomalies.
Analytical Thinking: Capacity to interpret data trends and suggest improvements to listing performance.
Time Management: Efficiently allocate work hours to meet daily and weekly targets.
Collaboration: Work effectively with cross‑functional teams, including marketing, compliance, and customer support.
Technology Adaptability: Quick learner of new software platforms, tools, and workflow automation solutions.

Structured onboarding and mentorship programs that pair you with seasoned Amazon experts.
Ongoing training modules covering advanced Excel techniques, Amazon SEO, and brand protection strategies.
Opportunities to transition into roles such as Amazon Listing Manager, Account Health Analyst, or Operations Coordinator as you demonstrate mastery and leadership.

Our hybrid model is designed to give you the best of both worlds: the camaraderie of an office setting and the flexibility of remote work. During the first 30 days of hybrid capability, you will spend four days in our modern office—equipped with ergonomic workstations, collaborative zones, and a stocked kitchen—and one day working from home. After the initial 120‑day period, you can negotiate a flexible schedule with your manager, allowing you to tailor your work‑life balance.
