Skills
• Proven experience in bookkeeping
• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, FreshBooks)
• Strong data entry skills with keen attention to detail
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

Responsibilities
• Record daily financial transactions and manage the posting process with accuracy
• Verify transactions in the day book, supplier’s ledger, customer ledger, and general ledger
• Prepare financial records to bring the books to the trial balance stage
• Process accounts receivable and payable, as well as handle payroll efficiently
• Prepare and file necessary financial documents
• Reconcile company accounts to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Assist with tax payments and returns
• Monitor cash flow and generate financial reports to support management decision-making

Qualifications
• Proven experience in bookkeeping
• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, FreshBooks)
• Strong data entry skills with keen attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

Education Requirements
• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration is preferred

Experience Requirements
• Proven experience in bookkeeping or a related field
