Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Hybrid | Western Massachusetts
Full-Time or Part-Time | Choose Your Caseload
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Western Massachusetts. This is a hybrid position offering flexibility, autonomy, and a strong focus on work-life balance. Clinicians have the opportunity to choose their caseload size and work either full-time or part-time.
Position Highlights
ā¢ Hybrid role: combination of in-person and remote work
ā¢ Flexible scheduling with control over caseload size
ā¢ Full-time or part-time options available
ā¢ Supportive, clinician-focused environment
ā¢ Ethical, client-centered ABA services
Responsibilities
ā¢ Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
ā¢ Provide clinical supervision to RBTs/BTs
ā¢ Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
ā¢ Collaborate with families and caregivers
ā¢ Complete required documentation in a timely manner
ā¢ Maintain BACB ethical and professional standards
Qualifications
ā¢ Current BCBA certification (required)
ā¢ Massachusetts licensure (or ability to obtain)
ā¢ Experience in home-based, clinic, or school settings preferred
ā¢ Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
ā¢ Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment
