• *Responsibilities
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify new business opportunities within assigned territories
• Conduct cold calls, lead generation activities, and outreach to prospective clients to expand our customer base
• Present compelling product demos and technical solutions tailored to client needs, showcasing the benefits of our HVAC services
• Manage existing accounts through effective account management strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients while maintaining profitability and alignment with company goals
• Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop territory-specific campaigns that boost brand awareness and generate new leads
• Perform territory management by analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies
• Upsell additional services or products during customer interactions to maximize revenue opportunities
• Maintain a high level of customer service by providing timely responses, technical support, and follow-up after sales
• *Experience
• Proven success in outside sales or B2B sales roles, preferably within the HVAC or technology sales sectors
• Demonstrated ability in management or business development with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong skills in negotiation, analysis, and strategic planning to close deals effectively
• Experience using CRM software such as Salesforce for lead tracking and account management
• Familiarity with territory management techniques and inside/outside sales strategies
• Excellent communication skills for conducting product demos, presentations, and customer consultations
• Ability to perform cold calling, lead generation activities, and direct sales efforts confidently
• Knowledge of HVAC systems or related technical products is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
