We are seeking professional HVAC subcontractors to handle service and installation work in existing residential homes and multi-family units. Compensation
Service Income:
30% of gross ticket value
Installation Income (Flat Rates):
Condenser Only β $300
Evaporator Coil Only β $300
Air Handler / Furnace β $400
Evap Coil & Condenser β $600
Gas Furnace & Evap Coil β $600
Up-Flow/Over Tub (Apartment) Complete Change Out β $700
Horizontal Complete Change Out β $800
Requirements
Valid HVAC license and insurance (state requirements must be met)
Experience in residential and multi-family HVAC service & installation
Professionalism and reliability
Ability to work independently while representing the ELC brand
