Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage a team of 12+ HVAC construction technicians. Maintain clear communication with general contractors, project managers, and field technicians. Coordinate and schedule multiple projects simultaneously. Serve as the primary point of contact for job superintendent(s). Interpret and work from blueprints. Conduct material takeoffs to ensure project readiness. Provide leadership and uphold quality standards throughout all phases of construction.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience installing commercial HVAC systems. Proven expertise in installing ductwork and sheet metal for large commercial projects, such as warehouses, supermarkets, and retail stores. Hands-on field management experience in commercial HVAC construction.
Important Note:
Only candidates with experience in sheet metal and ductwork installation should apply. This role does not include residential HVAC installation or residential/commercial service work.
