About the position

The Human Resources Representative at Teleperformance USA plays a crucial role in managing the administration of Leave of Absence (LOA) policies, including those mandated under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA), and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). This position is designed to support employees by providing timely and accurate information regarding their leave options and guiding them through the necessary processes. The representative will be responsible for tracking all returns from leave, ensuring compliance with company policies, and documenting communications with employees who do not return on time.
