Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Recruitment Assistant to join our growing HR team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the recruitment process, managing candidate databases, assisting with interview coordination, and maintaining smooth communication between candidates and hiring managers. Key Responsibilities:
• * Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
• * Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• * Manage candidate communications, ensuring timely responses and keeping applicants informed throughout the recruitment process.
• * Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
• * Assist in preparing job postings and descriptions for various positions.
• * Help in onboarding new hires by preparing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• * Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on the hiring process.
• * Organize recruitment events and participate in career fairs when needed.
• * Perform other HR administrative tasks as needed, supporting the HR department in various functions.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• * Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• * Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• * Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• * Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems.
• * Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
• * A positive attitude with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience:
• * Previous experience in recruitment or human resources is a plus but not mandatory.
• * Internships or entry-level positions in HR or recruitment will be considered.
• * Familiarity with candidate sourcing methods and interview scheduling is beneficial.
• Working Hours:
• * Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• * Flexibility in working hours may be offered based on the needs of the department and candidates.
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• * Understanding of HR practices and recruitment strategies.
• * Ability to interact with candidates and team members with professionalism and empathy.
• * Strong interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers.
• * Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• * Ability to stay organized and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
