Essential Duties: Coordinate and process documentation for recruitment, appointments, promotions, transfers and separationsAssist unit managers and recruiters to draft and revise job specifications and descriptionsMaintain human resource records including employee files, leave records, and performance management recordsAdvise employees of the company’s policies and proceduresManage minor disciplinary problems and where necessary, ensure disciplinary procedures are followedConduct exit interviews for staffFunction as counsel to individual employees, department heads and top managementProvide adequate supervision to the Human Resources teamPrepare monthly and ad hoc statistics and reportsPerform other related duties as required Education and Experience First Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalentAt least five (5) years related experienceAdministrative skills to manage up to 7 employeesExperience to handle a large workforce up to 1000 persons from a human resource standpoint Required Skills, Abilities & Knowledge: Sound knowledge of human resource management policies and practicesWorking knowledge of industrial relations policies and practicesSound oral and written communication skillsSound interpersonal skillsGood knowledge of relevant computer applications and systemsAbility to work on own initiative and prioritize competing tasks and issues Additional Information To learn more, visit us Here.
