Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company objectives.
Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Talent Acquisition and Management:
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the acquisition of top-tier talent.
Implement effective onboarding and development programs for employee growth.
Employee Relations:
Act as a mediator and advisor in employee relations matters.
Foster a positive workplace culture through effective communication and conflict resolution.
Policy Development and Compliance:
Formulate HR policies that align with legal requirements and industry best practices.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Performance Management:
Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to drive individual and team excellence.
Provide coaching and support for professional development.
Required Skills:
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with labor laws and regulations.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
