Human Resources Generalist - Fully Remote

We are looking for an HR Generalist to support Human Resources team, and provide excellent support to our portfolio of practices as well as our management team.

An ideal candidate for this role will have 1-3 years experience working in Human Resources. We are looking for a team member who can learn quickly and provide a high level of service to our employees and managers.

This role will be responsible for responding to HR, policy, and benefits inquiries, managing employee files and personnel data in Paylocity, supporting onboarding for new hires and acquisitions. The role will also assist in supporting the HR Director in employee relations, investigations, reporting, managing HRIS EDI feeds, and coordinating benefits administration.

This role offers flexibility to work remotely, with occasional travel to practice sites. This is a remote role open to candidates in CA, AZ, NV, UT, CO, TX, IL, WI, MI, TN, VA, FL, DC, WV.
Requirements:

Ability to work during PST, or MT business hours

Skills:
• Knowledge of California labor laws highly preferred
• Demonstrate a high level of trust, confidentiality, and good judgment
• Must have strong oral and written communication skills and an ability to communicate with all levels of management and company personnel
• Ability to be a collaborative, team player
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems under pressure
• Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively and to accomplish job duties in an efficient and timely manner

• Strong analytical skills
• Strong business acumen
• Microsoft Office intermediate knowledge required
• Experience with HRIS is required; Paylocity preferred
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
