Our global Human Resources Generalist team partners with our HR teams and leaders to foster long-term mutual prosperity for each individual and for the organization. HR Generalists engage closely with employees, leaders, HR Business Partners, HR Professional Services, and HR Operations teams.



What will the work look like for me?

In this role, you will help accelerate Daktronics’ success through people in the Services division by partnering closely with leaders and teams on recruiting, candidate experience, employee experience, and HR process excellence.



As a Human Resources Generalist, you will support the full employee lifecycle—including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and transitions—while serving as a trusted HR resource. You will collaborate with HR teams and leaders to implement best practices aligned with Daktronics philosophies, continuously improving processes and contributing to people and organizational initiatives.



Where is this opportunity located?

Daktronics offers flexibility to work from a home office or campus locations. This opportunity is open to U.S. based candidates. Exact working hours are flexible, but this position will be based on working during regular business hours.



What do I need to be successful?

We are seeking individuals with demonstrated success in HR, leadership, or supervisory roles at Daktronics or other organizations. Relevant experience includes applying and enforcing policy, strong attention to detail, managing multiple priorities, and leading projects or process improvements.

Qualifications

To be considered for Human Resources Generalist position, we require the following:

Bachelor’s degree is required.

Supervisory or Human Resources experience is preferred.

Ability to effectively exercise discretion, objectivity, and independent judgment, and maintain strict confidentiality.

The selected individual must be able to travel by air and ground and comply with the Daktronics Driver Eligibility Policy to begin and maintain employment. This requirement will be verified through a motor vehicle record (MVR) check conducted in accordance with applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws

Fluent in English, written and verbal.
