Human Resources Coordinator - Hybrid
Retail Merchandising Services (RMS) based out of Brooklyn Park, MN is looking for a HR Coordinator to join our amazing HR team. ⢠Coordinate recruiting efforts for field positions by identifying and utilizing a variety of candidate sourcing strategies to meet assigned recruiting metrics
⢠Conduct screening interviews for qualified candidates using behavioral, competency based tools.
⢠Process required background checks and new hire paperwork for select candidates
⢠Research employment legislation in different jurisdictions
⢠Oversee time off requests for field employees in order to minimize unassigned retail locations
⢠Work on assigned HR related projects as requested
Requirements
⢠Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, as well as a minimum of 1 year of previous Human Resources experience
⢠Basic knowledge of employment law best practices required
⢠Previous experience with high volume, non-exempt recruiting strongly preferred
⢠Outstanding organizational skills, strong interpersonal/customer service abilities and the ability to multi-task efficiently are all critical skills for this role
⢠Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word and Excel required
⢠Previous experience in a retail setting preferred, but not required
We are looking for someone to work Monday-Friday, 9-5:30pm. This is a hybrid position after your first 90 days, hybrid schedule will be discussed further in the interview process. The pay for this position is $22.50 per hour.
