Human Resources Coordinator

They are looking for a qualified Human Resources Coordinator to support their HR department with both administrative and strategic responsibilities, focusing on employee relations and enhancing the overall employee experience.ResponsibilitiesBe the main champion to help lead employee relations, engagement process and activities in partnership with management, including but not limited to Onboarding, NHO, Employee Experience/Exit Surveys, Promotion Process, etcImplement programs and policies on procedures, incentives, and new hire orientationResponsible for curating a positive employee experience (orientation, development, and training)Utilize employee-related databases and prepare reports necessary to carry out functions of the departmentPromote and participate in the planning and implementation of communication strategies which deliver accurate, consistent and timely information on business issues and employee concernsResponsible for personnel records, I-9 compliance, and benefits recordsEnsure all personnel document forms are properly distributed to department managers in a timely mannerEducate and coach management on company policies, work rules, as well as applicable federal and state regulations, to ensure consistent delivery of human resources services and complianceComply with and protect the interest of employees and the company in accordance with policies and governmental laws and regulationsEnsure employee services and counseling are in place, employee safety, welfare, wellness, and healthPerforms other job-related duties as assignedSkills1-3 years of Human Resources experienceExperience in working with variety of HR technology platformsExperience building relationships and supporting geographically dispersed operations leadershipBachelor's Degree or equivalent experienceAbility to multi-taskStrong oral and written communication skills, including both in person and virtuallyAbility to act with professionalism, integrity, and confidentialityProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteBenefitsCareer GrowthPaid Time Off and Paid HolidaysBenefits eligible the 1st of the month following hireAll traditional benefits are offered, including 3 medical plan options and 2 dental plan options, as well as additional benefits such as legal and identity protection, accident, critical illness, and othersCompany paid $50,000 in basic life insuranceCompany paid long term disability (LTD)Health Savings and Flex Spending Accounts Available401(k) with company matchAWP named one of America’s Greatest Workplaces 2023 and 2025 for DiversityCompany OverviewAWP Safety® is North America’s leading worksite safety partner, protecting those who build our infrastructure.
