Human Resources Coordinator

They are seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to support day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth execution of HR processes and providing exceptional service to employees and managers.ResponsibilitiesServe as the first point of contact for employee questions regarding HR policies and procedures, benefits and processesSupport recruiting with background checks and managing pre-employment requirementsCoordinate onboarding activities, including new hire paperwork, technology set up and orientation logisticsManage ADP from front to end with ensuring accurate data such as but not limited to employee status changes on the HR level including promotions, resignations, terminations and other like processesMaintain employee records and ensure data integrity across HR systems, including organizational chartsAssist in HR reporting, audits and compliance documentationSupport communications regarding company policies and update any important information to employees through various channelsMaintain our employee facing HR SharePoint pageSupport employee engagement initiatives, including events, recognition programs, and surveysMaintain the HR engagement calendar to ensure timely planning and executionEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment lawsMaintain confidentiality of employee informationHelp prepare and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook updatesKeeping up to date with labor law posting requirements at all officesEnsuring proper I-9 documentation and managementSupport payroll processing through data entry and verification of changes (new hires, terminations, compensation changes)Support HR Generalist with benefit enrollments, changes and general questionsAssist in tracking and maintaining employee communication and follow up as it relates to tracking leaves, and other tasks as neededManage our HR calendar of key events throughout the HR cycleKeep the team organized by tracking key project timelines and deliverablesSkillsMinimum 1 year of human resources experienceStrong oral and written communication skillsProven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyDetailed oriented with strong organizational skillsStrong analytical skillsProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to maintain confidentialityExperience With ADP HRISBachelor's degree in Human ResourcesCertifications For Human ResourcesBenefitsAnnual performance-based bonus401K with employer contributionProfit-sharing programLong-term incentives (equity)Competitive vacation and sick time, including company-paid holidays, floating holidays and early closing days401(k) plan with employer contribution - US Employees OnlyProfit Sharing ProgramCompetitive parental leaveHealth, vision, dental, and life insurance, including access to health and wellness programsActuarial Development Program (ADP) for Actuarial employees taking examsEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Current hybrid working environmentEmployee Engagement Events and various committees on site to joinCompany OverviewWilton Re is a provider of life insurance, reinsurance, and risk capital services.
