Human Resources Coordinator

David Lawrence Centers is seeking an HR Coordinator to join their dynamic team as they grow. In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating the onboarding process for new hires and supporting various HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance.ResponsibilitiesTake the lead in coordinating the full onboarding journey for new hires, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported every step of the wayManage offer letters, employment contracts, and all onboarding materials with precisionConduct engaging new hire orientations to introduce employees to company culture, policies, and benefitsEnsure smooth completion of background checks, employment verification, and compliance documentationCollaborate with IT and Facilities to ensure new hires have the tools and workspace they need to succeedBe a go-to resource for new employees, providing answers and support during their onboarding processMaintain up-to-date employee records in our HR systems and filesAssist with exciting HR initiatives like employee engagement, training, and career developmentEnsure the company stays in compliance with labor laws and internal policies by tracking necessary documentationSupport the offboarding process, conducting exit interviews, and managing the return of company assetsSkillsHigh School Diploma/EquivalentCurrent/Clear FL Driver's License with ability to travel locally in Collier County for Career EventsProficiency in Applicant Tracking & HRIS SystemsAble to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environmentStrong communicator, highly organized, and a team player with exceptional interpersonal skillsComfortable handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalismMicrosoft Office 365 skills (Including Teams/Copilot)Staying compliant on all trainings and immunizationsAbility to pass Level II DCF Mental Health Fingerprinting, Drug Screen and Local Criminal CheckBachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field1-3 years in HR coordination or support, with a focus on onboardingBenefitsSign on BonusImmediate PTO AccrualFull Benefits W/401kProfessional Development & Tuition ProgramsEAPCompany OverviewDavid Lawrence Centers specializes in behavioral health solutions.
