Human Resources Coordinator
Wellspring Lutheran Services is a statewide nonprofit dedicated to finding strengths in people to create lasting change. They are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to manage the pre-employment process, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires while coordinating with candidates and hiring managers. Responsibilities Master the full pre-employment process with care and consistency Be the point of contact for candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process Coordinate employment background checks, reference checks, and driver checks Manage the hand-off between the recruiting system and HRIS Ensure personnel files are complete and audit-ready Keep the onboarding experience smooth for everyone involved Support independent contractor, volunteer, or intern onboarding, company transfers, and other HR or recruiting processes as needed Pull reports from HR systems Provide backup support to teammates Help manage vendor relationships Communicate with leadership on current issues and emerging needs Skills Associate degree or HR certificate Comfortable working in HRIS systems and HR-related technology Detail-oriented work Ability to communicate proactively Strong orientation toward accuracy, reliability and collaboration Prior HR experience Benefits Health, Vision & Dental Insurance Personal/Vacation Time 403(b) Retirement Plan + matching SupportLinc DailyPay Company Overview Wellspring Lutheran Services works to take a whole-person approach to their organization and delivery of their services.
