Epic Gardening is a company dedicated to teaching the world to grow food and reconnect with nature. They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented People Operations Coordinator to support various areas of people operations, including recruiting, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations, in their Broomfield, Colorado location. Responsibilities Serves as a first point of contact for Broomfield, CO warehouse employees for day-to-day support Completes Forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation and maintains I-9 files Complete employment verifications and home loan verifications Manage all recruitment scheduling for all roles across the company Onboards and processes new hire paperwork and terminations within the HRIS (Rippling) Leads onboarding process for new warehouse hires joining the company Assist with benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries Collaborate with benefits providers to resolve issues and communicate updates to employees Assist with time keeping and time off functions in conjunction with hourly people managers Assists with hiring process by creating job descriptions, sourcing, updating the ATS, scheduling calls, in person interviews, and creating offer letters Support in-office culture through mail distribution & event planning Administrative ad-hoc support for finance and legal teams Skills 1–2 years of proven HR experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center environment Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively Enjoy planning and have a keen eye for detail Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion Take a people-first approach in everything you do Genuinely excited by onboarding, training, performance management, and employee engagement Fluent in both English and Spanish Benefits Employer-paid health insurance premiums for employees at 80% Dependents at 50% Dental Vision Voluntary benefits 7 paid holidays 7 sick days Unlimited time off (salaried) 12 weeks paid parental or adoption leave 401(k) with 4% match through Vanguard $500 yearly professional development stipend Leadership development program Employee product discounts Company Overview Our mission is to teach the world to grow.
