What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle daily HR administrative, clerical, and bookkeeping activities, including scheduling appointments and maintaining records
- Relieve at the reception desk as required
- Ensure administrative functions are carried out promptly for efficient facility operations
- Develop and maintain a good working rapport with inter-department personnel to meet HR service needs
- Assist with onboarding new employees and processing CNA re-certifications monthly
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two years of experience in personnel work and general office work
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a healthcare or home health setting
- Familiarity with Paycom or similar HR software
- Experience in clerical tasks related to human resources
