HubSpot Specialist – CRM Setup, Sequences, Workflows, Dashboards & Reporting (English/Spanish

We are looking for a HubSpot Specialist who can help us configure and optimize our CRM end-to-end. You must have strong experience in HubSpot setup, marketing automation, workflows, sequences, dashboards, and reporting. This is a short-term project to develop the complete structure of our CRM, and potentially a long-term collaboration based on performance. Responsibilities • Full setup and configuration of HubSpot CRM • Create sequences and automation • Configure workflows for follow-ups • Build dashboards for sales and marketing • Reporting configuration and monitoring • Improve lead management and contact segmentation • Optimize pipelines and stages • Create automated notifications • Marketing & Sales alignment • Basic integration support if needed Requirements - Strong experience working with HubSpot CRM - Proven experience with workflows, sequences, and dashboards - Ability to structure follow-ups and lead qualification - Good understanding of sales CRM structure - High attention to detail - English required - Spanish is a strong plus Nice to Have - Experience integrating HubSpot with other platforms - Previous work with hospitality, real estate, or travel industries Languages - English required - Spanish highly preferred About Us We are a hospitality and corporate housing company operating in LATAM, Canada and the U.S. Project Type - Short-term to complete setup - Possibility of ongoing collaboration Please send: - Your experience working with HubSpot - Examples of dashboards or workflows you have created - Availability per week - Hourly rate Apply tot his job Apply tot his job
