About the position The HubSpot Implementation Specialist is responsible for leading client onboarding, platform configuration, data migration, and technical implementation within the HubSpot ecosystem. This role partners closely with Account Managers, Marketing Strategists, and client stakeholders to ensure a scalable, technically sound, and strategically aligned HubSpot environment. This position requires both technical execution and client-facing consulting. The ideal candidate understands CRM architecture, marketing automation, data integrity, and alignment of revenue process reporting. Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end HubSpot onboarding for new clients • Configure pipelines, lifecycle stages, lead statuses, and sales processes • Build workflow automation (marketing, sales, service) • Implement lead routing logic and scoring models • Create custom properties with governance standards • Develop custom reporting dashboards aligned to client KPIs • Ensure system scalability and long-term usability • Manage CRM record migration and digital asset transfer • Cleanse, normalize, and validate data prior to import • Ensure data integrity and compliance throughout migration • Reconcile discrepancies and test data accuracy post-migration • Coordinate integrations with third-party platforms • Evaluate client tech stacks and recommend onboarding approaches • Identify business objectives, challenges, and success metrics • Align HubSpot configuration with business processes • Develop implementation roadmaps with clear milestones • Deliver client training and adoption enablement • Facilitate strategic check-ins to drive product utilization • Build implementation project schedules • Coordinate deliverables across internal and client teams • Manage multiple implementations simultaneously • Track progress against scope, timeline, and budget • Ensure timely and successful project completion of assigned tasks • Develop performance dashboards and attribution reporting • Analyze campaign performance and funnel metrics • Recommend optimization strategies based on data insights • Improve and scale internal implementation processes Requirements • 3+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience • Experience in client-facing roles • Strong understanding of CRM architecture and relational data structures • Experience building workflows, pipelines, and reports • Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously Nice-to-haves • Agency experience • Experience with API integrations • Familiarity with marketing attribution models • HubSpot certifications (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Reporting, CRM Data Migration, Integrating with HubSpot I: Foundations RevOps preferred)
