About the roleYou will work with a forward-thinking company specializing in next-generation business development strategies and growth-driven implementation to help companies accelerate revenue. This role sits at the intersection of HubSpot strategy and web project leadership. You will serve as the primary HubSpot expert for clients while leading and coordinating website design and development initiatives to ensure seamless execution aligned with business goals.

Position: HubSpot Implementation for websites

Seeking a client-facing HubSpot expert with strong experience managing web design and/or development projects (LIDERING, NOT DESIGNING). The ideal candidate combines deep platform knowledge with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and guide clients through digital growth initiatives.

Hands-on web design experience is a plus, but not required. Proven experience managing web projects is essential.

Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary HubSpot expert for clients, implementing and optimizing solutions across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.
• Lead HubSpot onboarding, CRM configuration, automation workflows, campaign setup, and reporting implementation.
• Manage and coordinate web design and web development projects from kickoff through launch, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Act as the main client-facing point of contact, providing strategic guidance and maintaining strong relationships.
• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment to ensure smooth execution.
• Collaborate with internal marketing, strategy, and development teams to deliver integrated digital solutions.
• Ensure websites are properly integrated with HubSpot, including forms, tracking, lifecycle stages, lead routing, and automation.
• Identify ongoing opportunities for optimization, automation improvements, and performance growth.
• Demonstrate strong organization and prioritization skills in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on HubSpot experience.
• Proven experience managing web design and/or web development projects.
• Strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM best practices, and digital funnel strategy.
• Excellent client-facing communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and execution discipline.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Hands-on web design experience is a plus, but not required
